There have been cover versions of some of Al's original songs, and even a parody of Al's "Trigger Happy" (with new lyrics, called "Web Surfin" by the Stanford Fleet Street Singers.) This time, Dr. Demento Funny-Five denizen Tony Goldmark recorded "The Day Alfred Went Weird" (to the tune of The Night Santa Went Crazy) which is both a parody of an Al original and a tribute to Al!
