AFTER-SHOW VIP EXPERIENCE FAQS

Q: CAN I PURCHASE THIS VIP PACKAGE OVER THE PHONE OR AT THE BOX OFFICE?

A: No, this VIP Package may only be purchased online through the show’s Event Page .

Q: WHAT IF I SEE A “VIP PACKAGE” BEING OFFERED BY SOMEONE ELSE FOR THIS EVENT?  DOES IT INCLUDE THE SAME ITEMS AS THE VIP PACKAGE OFFERED HERE?

A: No, the VIP Package may only be purchased through the show’s Event Page.  Any VIP Package offered by anyone else does not include any of the items in our package.

Q: AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE A VIP PACKAGE EVEN THOUGH I DON’T HAVE A TICKET TO THE SHOW?

A: No, you must have a ticket to the show to attend the VIP event.  You will be asked to present your ticket at VIP Check-In.

Q: DOES THE VIP PACKAGE HAVE A MINIMUM AGE?

A: No, there is no minimum age for the show or the after-show VIP Experience.

Q: IS MY VIP PACKAGE REFUNDABLE?

A: No, like most event tickets, the VIP Packages are non-refundable.

Q: AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE A VIP PACKAGE AS A GIFT, OR TRANSFER MY PACKAGE TO SOMEONE ELSE?

A: Yes, but only as long as the new guest who is the recipient of the gift or transfer has a ticket to that night’s show. Request information for this at vip@weirdal.com / 323-427-3872

Q: WHAT TIME DOES THE POST-SHOW MEET & GREET BEGIN?

A: The Post-Show Meet & Greet will begin approximately 20 minutes after the show ends.

Q: WHEN AND WHERE DO I CHECK IN AS A VIP GUEST?

A: VIP Check-In generally starts 60 minutes before doors open to the public.  Doors generally open 60 minutes before the show starts. Check-In usually ends 30 minutes after the show starts. Check-In is usually located just outside the front venue doors.  The exact time and location for VIP Check-In and full details for your show will be outlined in the information email you will receive from us 5 to 7 days prior to your show.

Q: WHERE DO I GO FOR MY VIP EXPERIENCE AFTER I CHECK IN?

A: When you Check-In, a member of our in-person VIP Team will instruct you where you will go for the Meet & Greet Experience.

Q: ARE THE UHF LONG-SLEEVED JERSEYS AVAILABLEIN DIFFERENT SIZES?

A: Yes, the jerseys are available in sizes XS though XXXL.

Q: HOW DO I CHOOSE MY JACKET SIZE?

A: You will be able to choose your jacket size when you purchase your VIP Package online.

Q: IF I’M UNABLE TO MAKE IT TO VIP CHECK-IN DURING CHECK-IN HOURS, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE AFTER-SHOW MEET & GREET AND COLLECT MY MERCHANDISE?

A: Yes, the VIP details email that you will be sent approximately one week prior to show will have full instructions in case you or anyone in your VIP group arrive late.  

Q: IS VIP PARKING INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE?

A: No, parking is not included.

Q: CAN I HAVE A PERSONAL ITEM AUTOGRAPHED AT THE MEET & GREET INSTEAD OF THE TOUR POSTER?

A: Yes, you may have a personal item signed in place of the poster, but not as an additional autograph.  Each VIP Package includes 3 autographs only (one each from Weird Al, John Du Prez and Jay Levey).  If you choose to have a personal item autographed by any of the three VIP Guests in place of the poster, you will still receive your poster.

Q: IF ANYONE FROM MY GROUP ATTENDING THE SHOW HAS NOT PURCHASED A VIP PACKAGE, CAN THEY STILL ACCOMPANY ME OR THE REST OF MY VIP GROUP INTO THE POST SHOW MEET & GREET AREA TO WAIT FOR ME?

A: No, only those who have purchased a VIP Package have access to the Meet & Greet area.

Q: CAN I HAVE A GROUP PHOTO TAKEN IN ADDITION TO MY PHOTO WITH AL, JOHN AND JAY?

A: Yes, you may request one additional complimentary photo with Al, John and Jay with your group of two or more people.

Q: CAN I HAVE A SEPARATE PHOTO TAKEN WITH AL, JOHN OR JAY?

A: No, the VIP package only includes 1 (one) Pro Photo with you and the 3 VIP Guests as a group and an additional photo with your group if requested.

Q: WHAT IF I WISH TO PURCHASE A VIP PACKAGE FOR MY CHILD AND NOT FOR MYSELF?

A: You do not need to purchase an additional VIP Package for yourself if you wish to only have your child attend.  However, children 13 or under must be accompanied by an adult into the Meet & Greet area.  You may escort your child into the VIP Experience without purchasing an additional VIP Package.

Q: I HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE SEATING TICKET FOR THE SHOW. IS THERE ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE VIP PROGRAM?
